Mira is a dialogue tool developed by the City of Aarhus for citizens who have a course at the municipality both in the social and health area. Mira is simple, easy to use and intuitive. The purpose of the app is to qualify the dialogue between you and the municipal employee. Mira can be seen as an electronic diary where you as a citizen between meetings or conversations with your municipal contact person can measure on one or more parameters, such as. pain, stress, depression or exercise. The specific measurement parameters are set up jointly between you and the professional and will therefore be adapted to your individual situation. You can choose to measure a parameter several times a day, once a day or weekly - as needed. At the same time, it will be possible to receive notifications prior to the entries, so you are sure not to forget them.In the app, the information you enter will form a graph that both you and the employee can see and which can help prepare for dialogue and collaboration. At the same time, it is hoped that the graph can give you a greater insight into your own well-being and health.Mira is developed on the basis of a pronounced need among doctors, psychologists, anthropologists and physiotherapists at the Social Medicine Institute in Aarhus Municipality. It is an employee-carried project with strong management support. In an collaboration with the Center for Housing Support in own Home, the app has been tested and developed among employees and citizens who are in the process at the municipality in both the social and health areas. All data in the app is stored securely.
